Yay.com Firewall Guide

Firewall configuration is required if users have restricted internet access and must whitelist new connections. 
 
Disable the SIP ALG setting if it is currently enabled.
 
Whitelist the following domains if the firewall supports the use of FQDNs:
 
  • yay.com
  • voipcp.com 
  • talk.yay.com 
  • provision.voipcp.com 
  • firstprovision.voipcp.com
 
Alternatively, the following IPs can be whitelisted:
 
SIP (IPs that we send traffic from):
34.105.209.181 
34.147.142.100 
34.89.77.216 
35.246.58.184 
34.147.181.186 
35.234.151.7 
35.197.230.12 
34.105.130.238 
34.89.66.152
34.13.58.148
 
Whether you whitelisted the Domains or the SIP IP's, the following RTP IP's also still need to be whitelisted:
 
RTP (IPs that we send traffic from):
35.246.34.97 
34.147.198.83 
35.246.28.102 
34.147.171.124

 

 

Additionally, the following IPs should be whitelisted if using other ancillary services:

SMS & Webhooks:

New Platform IP address in effect from April 21st:

Ports that should be opened if experiencing difficulties with audio/devices registering:

SIP Ports to be opened (TLS): (You will need to enable Call Encryption (SRTP) within the User profile)
