What do the different default Member Roles do?

There are a variety of default member roles available to choose from:

Here’s what each role can do:

Account Holder - The Account Holder has access to all areas of the account, including logging in as each user to the app. This role cannot be assigned under Members.

Super Administrator - This used to be called Administrator. Similar to the Account Holder, this member has access to all areas of the account and can log in as any user in the app.

App Only - This member can only use the Dashboard to access and edit their own extension or to log into the app from the Dashboard.

Administrator - This member has access to all areas of the account and, by default, all Users. However, unlike the Super Administrator, you can limit access by selecting the specific Users and Hunt Groups. Numbers, phonebooks, or Mailboxes you want them to access.

Call Recording - This member has access to listen to the recorded calls in the Call History for the selected users.
