Hunt groups are a great way to send incoming calls to multiple members of staff simultaneously or distribute calls from one or more phone numbers to several extensions within a group. First , make sure you're logged into your account dashboard: 1. Go to Voice , then open the Users dropdown 2. Select the Hunt Groups tab. 3. Select the Users you wish to add , assign a Nickname and Group Extension 4. Make sure to hit Save Changes .
